Welcome to Petherick & Co, operated by SARL Basmaignée (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through our website www.petherickandco.com, operated in France and serving international customers.
By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

2. scope of application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all online sales made through www.petherickandco.com. They are governed by French law and comply with EU consumer protection regulations.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms without reservation.
3. products
Petherick & Co offers a curated range of wallpapers and related decorative materials.
We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings, photography, or batch differences. Such variations do not constitute defects.
All products are subject to availability. In the event of an out-of-stock item, we will contact you to propose an alternative or a refund.
4. pricing and payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable French taxes.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through associated payment gateways; Paypal and Stripe. We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time before accepting an order.
5. order confirmation
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, or violation of these terms.
6. shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from France to the destinations offered at checkout.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, or stock availability.
Any customs duties or import taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, please use our contact form in section 11 of our Terms & Conditions to request a return. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Custom or made-to-order wallpaper is excluded from the right of withdrawal unless defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Warranty and Liability
In accordance with French law, our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as installation costs, loss of time, or professional fees.
9. Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and designs on this website are the property of SARL Basmaignée or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of France, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection rules.
