1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a resident of the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us via the contact form in section 8 of our Returns & Refunds Policy, stating your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must be:
- Unused and uncut
- In their original packaging
- In perfect resale condition
We cannot accept returns of wallpaper that has been:
- Installed, trimmed, or otherwise altered
- Damaged after delivery
- Custom-made or printed to order
3. Return Process
- Contact us via our online form within 14 days of delivery.
- You will receive confirmation and return instructions.
- Pack the items securely and ship them to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or sent in error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your wallpaper arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order through the website.
7. Non-EU Customers
For customers outside the European Union, the same 14-day return policy applies, but import duties, taxes, or customs fees are non-refundable.
